Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure that your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.
Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders at no additional cost. Standard shipping is completely free, with no minimum purchase required. After processing, delivery generally takes three to seven business days depending on your location.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Zervona LLC ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or deliveries outside the country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from support@zervona.com that includes your tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website and stay informed about the expected delivery date.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Zervona LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
